Hello everyone!
While the tasks I've completed so far go through the review process, my next project I'll be working on is improving the Trope Launch Pad as much as possible.
Below is a list of the current ideas for changes and improvements and wanted to ask the community if I'm missing anything important or if you have suggestions or questions about things currently on the list please let me know! 
- Auto-crosswick when page is launched.
- Three day wait period before any hats or bombs can be added.
- Last edited time visible on main listing page.
- Send notifications to authors of drafts whenever there's a comment or change.
- New TLP header by Willbyr
- Expected launch time input field
- add ability to holler TLP comments
- Tag system. (“Needs better title”, “needs better description”, “needs examples” etc)
- Disable launch button if any tags present
- Add username of who launched a page under Page Info in the sidebar.
- Show last 5 newest tropes launched on home page
- show red links in comments. All links showing blue. (Add Customizer() function to comments)
- increase draft description box size
- edit locks to prevent duplicates and conflicts.
- ^Pop up when clicking launch a trope draft.
- Mods able to remove hats & bombs.
- Bookmark button when viewing individual TLP drafts
- Rename "YKTTW Archive" to "Trope Launch Pad Archive" on discussion pages
- Fix edit time glitch ("last edited by" goes based on last comment and not last edit)
- Status or special notes field: Wish
- Fix TLP search to first use titles then descriptions. Wish, Bug
- Mods and Authors will be able to set drafts to “up for grabs” which will display on the main page
- Be able to transfer ownership to someone else: Thread
- Bombs need a reason and then also display those reasons below the trope. Wish, Wish
- Alter pop up message when clicking bomb: Wish
- Show that you’ve hatted or bombed a draft. Wish
- Be unable to hat your own TLP. Wish
- Change “Launch a New Trope” button text to “Create Trope Draft For Review” or “Create New Trope Draft”.
- Remove your hat or bomb on a TLP draft without switching to the other. Wish
- Disable launch button for anyone but mods and authors
- Change “add hat” to “Launch Ready!” and “discard” to “Not Ready” or “Don’t Launch” and Hat icon changed to Rocket.
- Laconic field, as well as title and description, will be mandatory for new drafts submissions. Wish
- Auto launch laconic page Wish
- Be able to launch other page types via the TLP
- TLP History added to drop-down.
- Multiple sections and/or filters for page types
- make it so that leaving a comment on a draft does not reset the counter on "last edited by" Bug, Bug

- Search function for discards Wish
- 20+ blank pages at end of pagination
- main/tropelaunchpad redirect to TLP
- “folders open” setting not working for TLP
- link to created page on draft when it’s launched
- TLP history of bombs/hats put in order
- Bombs on night vision too dark red. Wish
- Fix backslash issue in TLP drafts. (Every time you save a draft with backslashes, the number of backslashes gets cut in half, rounded down.)
- Mods able to Thump / delete comments.
- Be able to ping users in TLP. Wish
- Adds Preview functionality & image upload button to drafts and comments.

Please note that this is just my modest opinion, but I don't think we need to come up with a wheel-reinventing revolution here, personal preferences be understandable yet irrelevant. "Tropers' Launch Pad" sounds just fine in my opinion (hence why I voted in favor of it), and I don't see the need to force the community to get used to a different acronym from "TLP" (it was already difficult enough to phase out the classic "YKTTW").

Well, there's no way to measure that but you can expect to see anywhere from 50-100+ votes from crowners about major site changes like especially after they have been advertised on the bulletin and/or Ask The Tropers.
We usually let Wiki Talk crowners go for at least a week (or more if the crowner isn't stable by then). The last crowner option was added today so I think the crowner can be called on the 28th at the earliest.

Usually three days unless in exceptional cases (like a widespread support for an image selection in IP, for example) where a decision is made when a supermajority is hit.
However, I remember reading somewhere that site-critical changes are voted during one week. Hopefully someone else will refresh my memory here.

In TRS about 15-30 even for the most clearcut "this isn't a tropable concept and the page doesn't haveany wicks, it's safe for delete". They run for three days unless the final decision is ambiguous or difficult. Wiki Talk crowners go for a week.
While people surpizingly love reading about wiki-wide changes despite not being vocal about it. Above 100 practically never happens.
Not sure what conclusion could be made of it.

- 1 for "Change the page header and the administrivia page to Launch Pad, but let people just keep calling it TLP/Trope Launch Pad" Its not a total change like YKTTW—> TLP, if someone sees a link to "Trope Launch Pad" and follows the link to a page called "Launch Pad" they wont be confused.

Given the number of options added to the crowner after the initial wave, I'm a little worried that the "best" option might not get chosen just because people didn't see it. On the other hand, I get not wanting to put up another bulletin for the same thing. Not sure what to do, just putting the thought out there.

Related to TLP voting, I’ll be allowing mods to remove any or all hats and bombs from a draft, however, should hats or bombs on very old drafts be automatically removed from the database at a certain point ? I can do that easily. Unless they should all stay as a case-by-case basis to be determined by the mods.

I think its a good idea. If someone is adopting a years-old draft the voting should probably be restarted anyway

Agreed in general, we'd just need to establish the point of de-hatting/bombing. Two years? Three?

I'm cool with it too, as I've said in the other thread many very old drafts have unwarranted hats given back when standards were very loose. Drafts that are wholly abandoned should absolutely be given clean slates so that discussion doesn't need to work around the fact that pre-existing votes exist.

This is late, but why not call it instead as The Launch Pad?

EDIT:Also, it would be nice if people announced the names they are adding to crowner beforehand. I see at least 5 new options that weren't there the last time I checked on the thread.

Gotta agree here.
I even had to downvote one of the options because, while I rarely ever downvote options in crowners, I kindly yet firmly believe that enough is enough in this case.

I feel like this is just the end result of attracting votes from across the wiki, as the people who usually vote on these crowners understand the crowner etiquette of "don't just add things".

The TLP is getting the ability to launch other pages besides tropes so we want the name to be more generalized. Please do not add new options to the crowner.
Those are good points, and honestly flow off the tongue better than anything that preserves the TLP thing. Plus T could stand for "The"
