Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever is not about large things in general. It's about a super-sized version of something's normal size.
A world that's small (like really small) would be Lilliputians. Even though a 5-6ft tall human would be giant in comparison to them, it doesn't make the human 50 feet tall (or attacking them, necessarily).
Perspective and who is doing the measuring matters a lot here- it could apply if, say, you have a chinchilla brought over from somewhere where its size is normal to a Lilliputian world, so long as we are presented things at least partly from the perspective of "Run! A giant chinchilla is attacking the city!"

Would being in a world that’s small and your giant be Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever or something else?
