Yeah that's what I think as well. The entire "Steve vs. Tony" mindset in the fandom was something the Civil War film was designed to instigate over anything else anyway. It's really not that strange that eventually Team Cap fanfics of this nature would show up. Team Cap and Team Tony fanfics truthfully have no value outside of shit slinging the otherside, and unlike their fans I do not confuse personal enjoyment of them with the belief that either type of fic is well-written or makes sense based on internal logic from canon.

Biased? Yes. Complaints? No.
Is it clearly biased in favor of Team Cap? Yes. Are almost all other fics out there incredibly biased in favor of Team Tony? Also yes. This is honestly karma for that. It's not meant to be taken seriously, and just deconstruct absolutely everything Team Tony is wrong about. Their good points are ignored, but they tend to ignore Team Cap's good points, so again, karma.
